BPM = 147. Tambourine is marked, and sleigh bells or tambourine.
For the player
Jim Keltner played the drums and the sleigh bells on the 1971 Plastic Ono Band single. The timing is the weird part: it stays in 6/8 the whole way. In the second chorus Phil Spector stood up, arms windmilling, and urged him to lay into the toms. The Harlem Community Choir is the sing-along. The chart marks tambourine, and sleigh bells or tambourine. Listen first; at BPM = 147 the job is the feel.
