JessendJane – Stumik Bug – Song Breakdown

An interesting guitar piece with alternate tunings. I ran this through an AI program to extract the guitar, but used the final mix as the main focus of what’s actually played. I have the lead guitar tuned to Db (Db Ab Db Ab Db F), even though the bottom 2 strings don’t play at all. I just thought it’d be good to keep it all Db, and if you feel compelled, there are the other strings right there (or if you accidentally strum one, it will stay in the correct key area). The rhythm guitar goes down to the low A string, and it sounds like that is tuned to Gb as it sometimes got accidentally strummed it sounds like, and it rings as an open Gb (and fits a lot of the chords), so I made the rhythm guitar tuning Db Gb Db Ab Db F. This may or may not be the tunings used by the artist, but it works with not too much finger contortion.
